One of my favourite things about the jobs I've had is that they've taken me to some pretty incredible corners of the world. And sometimes, those corners have been a lot closer to home.
This time, work took me to Welcome Rock in Southland.
We were there for a shoot, but I'd brought my own camera along. Obviously.
I remember being struck by just how much nothing there was around us. In the best possible way. Just all this space, and this little hut sitting right in the middle of it.
I couldn't help myself. The camera came out.
