Refund policy

UK returns policy

I hope you love your print and the little piece of somewhere it brings into your home. But if something isn’t quite right, here’s what you need to know.

Changed your mind?

You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to let me know you’d like to return it.

Once you’ve contacted me, you’ll have a further 14 days to send your order back.

To be eligible for a return, your print must be returned in its original condition and carefully repackaged to protect it in transit.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, return postage is your responsibility. I strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as the print remains your responsibility until it reaches me.

Please contact holly@hollymcleish.com before returning anything so I can provide the correct return instructions.

Framed prints

Because framed artwork is larger and more fragile to transport, please contact me before arranging a return.

If you are responsible for the cost of returning a framed print, I’ll provide return instructions and let you know how it needs to be packaged.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Every print is carefully checked before it leaves, but sometimes things happen along the way.

If your artwork arrives damaged, faulty or you’ve received the wrong item, please contact me as soon as possible at holly@hollymcleish.com, including your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.

I’ll work with you to put it right.

Refunds

Once your return has arrived and been checked, I’ll let you know and process any refund due to your original payment method.

Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel, any standard outbound delivery charge you paid will also be refunded. Additional costs for an upgraded delivery service aren’t refundable beyond the standard delivery amount.

Please allow some additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Limited editions

Returning a limited-edition print does not remove that edition number from the edition. Once an edition number has been allocated, it will not be reissued to another customer.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
